Shipping Policy
Please note that as with vintage and antique items, chips and cracks may occur due to the age and delicate nature of the products. We take great care to ensure that items are properly packaged and protected for shipping; however, please understand that these imperfections are not due to inappropriate handling during shipping. We do our best to make sure that items are as protected as possible during transit. If you have any concerns about the condition of your item upon arrival, please contact us promptly, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Shipping cost is dependent on the items in your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Oversized and heavy objects such as large furniture are not able to safely ship via Standard Ground Shipping and must instead ship via scheduled delivery.
Sustainability
As part of our love for pre-loved pieces, sustainability naturally sits at the heart of what we do.
Wherever possible, we aim to use recycled and sustainable packaging materials. We kindly encourage you to recycle or repurpose the packaging your order arrives in, giving it a second life where you can.
As a growing small business, we are not yet able to operate with fully sustainable packaging in every instance. The fragile nature of many of our pieces means protection during transit must always come first. That said, we are continuously working towards reducing our impact and increasing the use of sustainable materials as we grow.
To help minimise paper waste, we do not include printed invoices in our parcels. If you require a copy of your invoice, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to send it over.

Return & Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final, and all items are sold in their current condition. Our collection features unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, many of which have endured various lifetimes, resulting in distinct patina, age, and wear. During checkout, you'll be prompted to acknowledge our final sale policy, recognizing the individuality of each item and the likelihood of variations from the displayed image. For those who prefer a hands-on approach, we encourage you to visit our in-person experience to personally select your objects.
