Height: 26.5 cm

A beautiful vintage Hungarian terracotta sour-cream jar (tejfölös korsó), traditionally used in rural households for storing and serving sour cream, milk, or other dairy goods. Hand-thrown from natural clay with classic white slip rings and a gently flared rim, this piece showcases the simple, utilitarian charm of mid-20th century Hungarian folk pottery.

The exterior has a warm, matte terracotta finish with light surface patina and small historic imperfections typical of functional village ceramics. A small historic rim chip is present, which does not affect its stability and adds to the authenticity of the piece.
